Our origins
L’Àpat Editions inherits the legacy of Manuel Raventós Domènech, who in 1904 published the first edition of L’Àpat.
What began as a small agricultural and cultural journal has become, over a century later, a house devoted to cultivating the invisible nutrients that sustain a meaningful life: knowledge, beauty, and a sense of belonging to a place.
